june 2020 release day.

The JUNE 2020 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! Our first set called FLUTTERBY ANYA features an adorable girl who's beautiful spirit draws all the butterflies. Next, we have BED HEAD which is the perfect set for all our nappers (that includes me, haha), but can also be used for Get Well cards. Lastly, we have 'LIKE' LIKE YOU. This set has two boy characters, 1 girl, and 3 sentiments.

 

I created another card using the Flutterby Anya stamp. I colored her up using my favorite purple hued Copic Markers, added a matching patterned paper background, an embossed paper strip, and a Hello die cut from a previous release. She  is super sweet!

To celebrate we are having a short BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home the Clear Stamp Release (3 stamp sets)! It’s Preview Day 3 at The Greeting Farm! Today, we are adding to the Miss Anya collection with this set called LIKE LIKE YOU.  There are two Ians and 1 Anya in this set and I chose 2 images for the card. 

I colored them both up with Copic Markers and placed them on a wooden background. I added a couple of blue hearts, resembling her hat, and added a sentiment to complete the card.

It’s Day 2 of Previews at The Greeting Farm! Today, we are focusing on BED HEAD, a new set featuring a sweet little bedroom set with little characters that may be positioned on a comfortable bed. There are so many scenes you can create with just a little masking and repositioning!

I created this card by masking one of the little girls, sick in bed with her pup napping next to her. I colored the background with Distress Oxide inks and colored up the flowers with on the comforter with Copic Markers. I added matching pillows and blankets to match the comforter. I also added gray flooring with Copic Markers. I added the sentiment from a previous set called Get Well Soon, and added a patterned paper background to the base of the card.

Hello, crafty friends! It’s a new month and I can’t believe 2020 is halfway over. Thank goodness. The state of the world is disheartening sometimes and I am very grateful I have the distraction of card making and crafting. In real life, I am working on myself, on understanding and learning more about my own biases, and supporting the broken and the weeping. At times, I don’t even know what to say. How do I keep crafting like the world is ok? I know it’s not but I want to continue learning and connecting and crafting with those that I have met through our love of creativity.

We Stand Together

Today is the first day of June previews. We are focusing on a sweet, little stamp set called Flutterby Anya. She is surrounded by butterflies, a symbol of rebirth. I colored her up with Copic Markers and used a striped pastel pink patterned paper as the background. I added some ribbon, a flower, and a sentiment to complete this simple card.
