september challenge.

It's the first of the month which means a new challenge at The Greeting Farm. This month, we challenge you to create a project using the following sketch:

I played with Distress Ink and masking techniques to create this background. I colored up sweet little Anya and the plumeria flower from the Aloha set with Copic Markers. Tied a piece of twine around the card and called it a day.  So much fun! Come join the challenge!

I had a chance to play with Cas-ual Fridays this month for the 7 Kids Challenge Blog. This Flowercase Alphabet is versatile for all titles on cards and papercrafts. I used the clear set and Copic Markers to create this simple card. Easy peasy! :)

halloween 2017 release.

Hello, crafty friends! The Greeting Farm will be releasing a special Halloween set today! This set is super cute and is perfect for those monsters, witches, and ghouls in your life. Just in time for Halloween!

I have owned Distress Inks for a while but I have discovered a newfound love for these magical inks. I blended a few of the bright colors to create a spooky background, colored up the images with Copic Markers, and die cut a fence behind the trick-or-treaters. So much fun!

Thanks so so much for stopping by!

you are terrific.

Happy Friday! Today I am on the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog sharing a new card. :) This month, the DT had the opportunity to play with Cas-ual Stamps.  The Pretty Posies set is full of posies and sweet sentiments. I paired one of the sentiments from this stamp set with Gorjuss Girl Pretend Friend to create this simple card. I colored her and her little friend with Copic Markers and used some paper scraps for the background.

august release day.

It’s the 15th, and that means the new AUGUST Stamps are available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store. Today, we released PLANE AMAZING, HEY CUTIE, and BEEPIN' AWESOME! To celebrate we are having a BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home all 3 sets!!

I created another project using the image and sentiment from HEY CUTIE. I am always looking for ways to use up paper leftovers and created this background with punched paper scraps. I colored up the image with Copic Markers and brought in the yellows in the patterned paper. Her hair is so fun to color! IMG_0338

Be sure to leave a comment on each designer’s blog, and then head back to The Greeting Farm Blog to let us know you completed the hop.

You have until Friday, August 18th at 12pm CST to leave your comments.

We will announce the random winner over the weekend.

It's Day 3 of Previews at The Greeting Farm! Today, I am sharing a scene card using BEEPIN' AWESOME. This is a set full of car images and sentiments. Now we just need a train set and my planes, trains, and automobiles collection will be complete! :)

I colored up the cars and trees from MAIN STREET with Copic Markers and created this super simple street scene.

All of the new stamp sets will be available on the 15th of this month.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

hi cutie.

It's Day 2 of Previews at The Greeting Farm! Today, we are showcasing HEY CUTIE. This sweet image and sentiment can be adapted and altered for many occasions. I die cut the chunky chevron background and colored up the image with Copic Markers. She was so much fun to color! :) Don't forget that she will be available on the 15th!

I am so excited to share that I am now on the 7 Kids College Fund Design Team! I am so grateful for this opportunity to work with such a talented group of ladies. :) Check out the store for lots of fun stamps and crafting supplies!

I was lucky to work with a couple of stamp companies this month and I made 2 projects from the stamps. :)

This Fantasy 1 set from Vilda Stamps is whimsical and magical. I watercolored the background and stamped the image to create the fairy and mushroom silhouette. Such a sweet scene. :)

I also had fun creating this single layer card with this Pretty Posies set from Cas-ual Stamps. I stamped and masked the images and then colored them with Copic Markers. It's been a while since I've done a masking technique. It felt like coming home!

plane amazing.

It's a new month! This means that the release of new stamps at The Greeting Farm! :) Today, we are previewing a new set called Plane Amazing. I created the background by masking a cloud punch and sponging shades of blue Distress Inks. I die cut a grassy field and colored up a digital version of the Ian image from the American Heroes stamp set. It's my ode to Top Gun, you know before Tom Cruise went cuckoo on Oprah's couch. :)
