Today, my husband and I went on a breakfast date, complete with red velvet pancakes. Yum! Then some scrappy shopping at Joann to get some glue dots and Cricut cutting mats. I even had time to do some scrapping. What a lovely day so far!

belated valentine's day post aka happy president's day.

I have sadly been neglecting this poor blog. Work has taken over my life and I find myself out of my creative mojo. I did make myself create something for the staff for Valentine's Day. It took every ounce of my being to get in the scrap room and get myself out of my rut. They did come out very cute and it made me want to do more creatively.

Thank goodness I had today off because lately, I have been out of my ever-loving mind with workaholism. I need to make time for creativity because I am losing myself in this misery. Here's to President's Day, a day to honor our presidents past and present, and a day that I get to have off!
