got my craft on.
homemade oreos.

coupon high.

My cousin has inspired me into a new hobby- couponing. It has almost replaced scrapbooking. Almost. I did my research and printed up loads of manufacturer's coupons and matched them up with grocery store deals. Tonight I gathered up loads of coupons and went to Smith's with my husband. We were in, out, home within 30 minutes. The fun thing about using coupons is looking at the receipt and seeing how much money I've saved. I have no shame using up coupons and I don't care if the cashier hates me when she has to ring up every single one. :)

This is my list of purchases tonight:

16 bricks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (I use lots for baking! Score!)

2 tubs of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

1 tub of Land O Lakes spreadable butter

3 packages of Goldfish crackers

2 packages of Kraft Shredded Cheese

2 boxes of Ritz Crackers

4 packages of Keebler cookies

The total without all the discounts was well over $60. After store rewards and coupons, my total was $16.47. My husband was laughing at me on the way home because of the way I was feeling when the price kept going down at the register. He's going to love it when we save lots more money for the fun things in life. You know, like scrapbook supplies, power tools, and porno. Ha.
