I woke up this afternoon (I work tonight) and got on that dadgum treadmill again. I'm walking 3 miles/hour. That does not sound fast but for short legged pygmies like myself that is quite a feat. I'm pretty proud of myself actually since I'm usually good at going 1.5. In any case, I am trying hard to keep myself moving. I am taking the stairs at work now. Yes, it's only 1 flight, but the elevator thinks I have broken up with him. It's better than nothing, right?
I also discovered this book called Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen. It's like The Secret but it incorporates God in positive thinking. So far, so good. Very inspirational! Any one read this book?
